Please note:  this information applies to personal orders only, any team orders will take longer and should email Elementz for a price/time quote.

Most of our items are made to order.  Rhythmic Suits take 4-6 weeks for construction.  Skating Dresses take 2-3 weeks for construction. Gymnastics Apparel take 5-7 days for construction.  Any items marked IN-STOCK or READY TO SHIP will be shipped immediately.

Shipping times vary depending on your location.  Please note that shipping times are only an approximation and are out of our control. Please allow yourself enough time for the items to be shipped.  

Shipping times within Canada vary from 3 days up to 2 weeks depending on shipping method chosen and location.

Shipping times to U.S. and International countries  take at least 2 weeks for standard shipping. 

If you require a quicker shipping time or construction time, please inquire about rates. We do offer RUSH ORDER, additional charges apply.  Please note, that during high volume periods these timelines will increase and we will post the most current construction timelines for you.  We do pride ourselves on getting you the items on time for your competition. Please let us know when your competition is and we will work with you to get your garment there on time.

Credit Cards:

All clients may use PayPal to pay for their items.  Please use the shopping cart to purchase your item and then follow the prompts to pay with PayPal.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup for items is available.  Please make an appointment with us to schedule a time. You may pay for your items at the time of ordering or you may pay for your items upon receipt. If you would like to pay for your items at time of pick up then we accept CASH ONLY.  All items paid for at time of pick up receive a 10% discount.

• You may return a catalog item (ie. training leotards & shorts) for an exchange only within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Please take measurements carefully and check the sizing chart.  Please email us if you need help finding the correct size.
• You are responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to Elementz Dancewear.
• All items must have original tags in them and must not be washed, used, soiled or altered.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer for any exchanges.
• All exchanges must be authorized by Elementz Dancewear, please email us to let us know there is a problem with your purchase.
• All CUSTOM ORDERS (this includes all rhythmic leotards, competitive gymnastics leotards and other custom order items not found on our website) are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.  If there is a manufacturing defect in the item, the item will be repaired at our expense.

Shipping within Canada:

Lettermail: cost is $3.00 per item and is only available for leotards, shorts and tops.  The item is vacumm packed in a flat large envelope.  There is no tracking # available and shipping time is approximately 1 week.

Expedited Shipping: cost varies depending on location, you can ship multiple items of upto 6 items for a flat shipping fee.  Items are shipped with Canada Post and a tracking # is provided.  Shipping time varies from 2-7 days depending on location.  All items are shipped from Ontario.
